Welcome to Ram Ram Voyages. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions that govern your use of our services. By engaging with Ram Ram Voyages, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.

• Booking and Payment:
  1. To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable deposit may be required. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule provided by Ram Ram Voyages.
     
     • 180 days or more before date of departure: 20% of total cost
     • 180 - 100 days before date of departure: 50% of total cost
     • 100 - 60 days before date of departure: 100% of total cost
  2. Prices are quoted in the currency specified and are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in exchange rates, government taxes, or other factors.
• Cancellations and Refunds:
  1. Cancellation fees may apply, and the amount depends on the time of cancellation. Please refer to the specific cancellation policy provided for your booking.
     
     • 180 days or more before date of departure: 20% of total cost
     • 179 - 100 days before date of departure: 50% of total cost
     • 99 - 60 days before date of departure: 70% of total cost
     • 59 - 0 days before date of departure: 100% of total cost
  2. Ram Ram Voyages reserves the right to cancel a tour or service due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or an alternative arrangement will be offered.
• Travel Insurance:
  1. Ram Ram Voyages strongly recommends that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions.
• Changes to Itinerary:
  1. Ram Ram Voyages reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather conditions, unforeseen events, or other factors beyond our control. Every effort will be made to provide comparable alternatives.
• Health and Safety:
  1. Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are in good health to participate in the chosen tour or activity. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed to Ram Ram Voyages before booking.
• Code of Conduct:
  1. Travelers are expected to follow local laws and respect the customs and cultures of the destinations visited.
• Liability:
  1. Ram Ram Voyages is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or other loss that may occur during the tour. Travelers participate at their own risk.
• Passport and Visas:
  1. It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they possess the required travel documents, including a valid passport and necessary visas.
• Privacy:
  1. 9.1. Ram Ram Voyages respects the privacy of its customers. Personal information provided will be used solely for the purpose of facilitating your travel arrangements.
• Governing Law:
  1. 10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Ram Ram Voyages is registered.
